By accessing or using JobTrackker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. JobTrackker is operated by an individual developer and is not affiliated with any registered company.

JobTrackker is an AI-powered job application tracker that connects to your Gmail inbox to detect and track job applications, provides AI-powered features including job match scoring, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and salary intelligence.

3. Account Registration

•You must sign in using a valid Google account
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
•You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
•One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JobTrackker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

•Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
•Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that could damage or overburden it

5. Gmail Integration

JobTrackker will not use Gmail access for any purpose other than job application tracking, including advertising or AI model training. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.

6. AI-Generated Content

JobTrackker uses AI to generate cover letters, interview prep guides, match scores, and salary insights. This content is generated automatically and:

•Should be reviewed and verified before use
•Does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice
•May contain inaccuracies — use your own judgment before acting on AI suggestions
•Is generated based on information you provide and is not guaranteed to be accurate

7. Pro Subscription

JobTrackker offers a Pro subscription at ₹499/month, billed via Razorpay. Pro features include unlimited AI usage, multi-resume support, job discovery with AI scoring, and the Chrome extension. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

The JobTrackker application, including its design, code, and features, is owned by JobTrackker and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload, including your resume and job information. You grant JobTrackker a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of JobTrackker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTrackker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, career outcomes, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
